Refund Policy
Our writers begin working immediately upon receipt of your order, therefore once an order is submitted, we do not offer refunds.

Product Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you do not receive a request for an interview within 30 days of the completed résumé, we will rewrite your résumé for free. The guarantee period is 100 days from the date of order delivery.

Work Process
Our writers begin working immediately upon receipt of your order. After reviewing your information and starting a rough outline, your writer will send you an email acknowledgement. This may contain questions or requests for additional information. If your writer is unable to reach you by email he or she may telephone you.

Upon completing your résumé package, we will email a draft set for your review. All documents are created using MS Word. You may write back to us within 30 days to make up to three rounds of revisions. Our goal is that you are delighted with your résumé package! Because information gathering and writing is an iterative process, you may think of items to add or change after the first round. This is why is provide three rounds of revisions.

Telephone Consultations
Our efficient email work process enables us to share cost savings with the client. Since not all clients require or want telephone consultations, telephone consultations are provided as an optional add-on service. Most clients appreciate the savings achieved by working via email.

Liability
As the client, you are responsible for all proofreading to ensure the information on your résumé is accurate and complete. Tamara Dowling or RésumésbyGeorge.com will not be held responsible for inaccurate information. We provide up to three rounds of revisions to assist clients in the editing/correction process.
